Course Overview
Join colleagues from across Wales for a one-day educational meeting including lectures and hands-on simulation covering all aspects of working in the cardiac catheter lab. Content will be delivered in basic and advanced strands so will be suitable for newer appointees and more experienced members.
Topics include:
- Introduction to coronary anatomy and angiographic views
- PCI toolbox (Guides, wires, balloons and stents)
- Introduction to complex PCI
- Cath lab emergencies and crisis management
